When you browse silverono.com, we automatically collect standard analytics data: pages visited, device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address (city/region level, not precise or exact).

Enquiry details are emailed directly to our team (admin@silverono.com) so we can help match your family with the right Senior Care Home. We do not share this information with the listed home or any third party without your consent.

Analytics data helps us understand which pages families find useful and where the site can be improved. We do not use it to identify you personally.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic. GA4 sets cookies in your browser and sends pageview and usage data to Google. This data includes your approximate IP-derived location and device information.

We do not use cookies for advertising or retargeting.

Enquiry data is retained as long as needed to assist your family's search and is not sold to any third party.

We use Resend to deliver enquiry notification emails. Your enquiry details pass through Resend's systems solely to deliver that email.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to admin@silverono.com. We will respond within 7 business days.
